Banjara Bag in unusual colors.
Probably from the 1950s
These were used to store household items and one of this size that is so decorated was probably used for jewelry. Some minor wear.
I have been purchasing & sifting though banjara pieces for about 25 years but this is one of the two pieces that I have seen with these colors.
The dimensions are:
Width: 15 inches
Height: 21.5 inches when open & 14inches when closed.
